I propose to restore the Boii faction, according to the rules of a maximum of 5 swords, 3 strong ones. + basic restrictions

Also there's no reason saba can't be allowed with like some camel restrictions, they still got other cav

I think a big issue is the Arevaci 5 same 7 melee onslaught.
Maybe leave it as it but add the rule Scutarii + Painted Warriors = max. 5, since reducing the melee limit would make them a bit too weak

cav is medium and expensive,I'd be hard-pressed to find expensive and suck cavalry(see Gatea's 500coins cav,heavy),inf is medium,all medium,if you limit more,it's done!

I also suggested (to asseror) to do like max 8 melee + shock cav to limit the cavspams (even tho that’s still quite a few cav, idt its that op if u expect ppl to take it)

I think boii is if anything underpowered with max 5 melee max 3 good swords, since u will be forced to take 1-2 oaths, limiting the value u get from sword followers. But then again, u can just take 3x chevron axe warriors to make a solid line, but then u lose out on cheap swords as support. It just needs to be tested.

Arverni with 6 melee and 3 elite swords was very powerful last year, so based on that boii with 6 melee and 3 elite swords might just push it over the edge (thats why I proposed max 1 sword follower)

If players have a choice between Arverni and Boii 99% of players will pick Boii, even you And since the only difference in their rosters are - chosen swords + sword followers +axe warriors (dont talk to me about gallic hunters/celtic bowmen), we know what makes the difference

both massilia and arevaci were quite strong. I think massilia cavspam is slightly easier to beat if ur expecting it than the arevaci army i mentioned before. I think 8 melee+shock cav max for massilia is fine. Mayyybe 7.

Boii with 5 swords max I think is weaker than 6 sword arverni. Swords just too strong. But maybe the potential of axes is enough. With 3 elites ur not gonna bring many sword followers anyway which is the only advantage boii has over arv

I dont think melee + shock max 7 is going to have an impact on Massilia. I usually played with 6 and it went well. Also I think the perception of Massilia is a bit overrated due to the past two CoNs. It is quite an unstable faction in my opinion (every faction that has to rely on hippeus lancers is).

Boii should have 6 melee if they are allowed in for sure. To be honest, my biggest problem with adding Boii is that it doesnt add anything to the variety. They are just another Arverni running around that is slightly better.

Arevaci was a top 3 faction in the CoN and many factions have no counterplay against it. Absolutely no reeason for it to have 5 same, at LEAST. 6 meleee + 1 iberian sword must also be considered

4 balearics, 7 midtiers and 5 cav is completely broken in CoN rules where many factions are barely getting 3 good inf, arevaci are getting 7 barbarian midtiers lol

Since you say Arevaci is top3 faction,then who is top1?Who is top2?Who is top3?
I hope that when you make these points, you will provide a lot of games and evidence to prove that your points are right, rather than "what you think is strong is strong"(Of course, it has to be you who play a few games yourself, not you who use other people's examples to prove it)
I recommend you to play Arevaci vs (Rome,Arverni,Gatae,Galatia,Masaesyli,etc),If you can win, then you're right
Also,include Masailia
I have the same opinion as SPARTACUS
And if you change Arevaci,you must be changed Masailia,because the strength of these two camps is very similar
